Skill Nester Consultant and Services is a non-governmental but reliable organization that continuously provides better employment opportunities for young people. For the year 2026, reputed Malaysian construction companies require skilled workers, and Skill Nester Consultant and Services is currently accepting applications from Pakistan.

Candidates can apply either by post or online. Successful candidates will be provided with a visa and a one-way air ticket by the Malaysian construction company. Only after receiving the visa and ticket, successful candidates will be required to pay the service fee to Skill Nester Consultant and Services.

Skill Nester Consultant and Services is a registered organization. We do not issue visas, nor are we agents. Our role is limited to preparing and forwarding your application file to the construction companies.

Plan

This project is a unique and legal initiative. Those who have previously tried to work in Malaysia on a visit visa already know the many problems involved. Such workers are unable to work properly, cannot move around freely, and also face accommodation issues.

According to Malaysia’s new labor policy, workers are now allowed to work only in the company that has issued their work permit.

Skill Nester has introduced an easy process: Online application form on our website and submit it by paying a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000.

Procedure

After applying, candidates can check the status of their application on our website at any time. However, before 05-11-2025, the names and details of successful candidates will be uploaded on the website. Successful candidates

Once the Job Offer Letter is issued, the visa process for the candidate will begin. At the time of receiving their visa and ticket, each candidate is required to pay Seventy Thousand Rupees (70,000 PKR) to Skill Nester Consultant and Services.

Apart from the 3,000 PKR online application processing fee and the 70,000 PKR payment upon success, the company will never demand any additional payment at any stage, under any circumstances. If anyone, at any time, asks a candidate for money in the name of Skill Nester Consultant and Services, that person is committing fraud.

Registration

Each candidate can apply online by depositing a non-refundable amount of PKR 3,000 in the official bank account of Skill Nester Consultant and Services.

Multiple Categories

A candidate may apply for more than one job category.

Applications without required documents or without the prescribed fee will be considered incomplete and will be cancelled.

Selection Responsibility

The final selection of candidates is the sole responsibility of the Malaysian construction companies, not of Skill Nester Consultant and Services.

As soon as a candidate is selected, they will be informed through the official website.

Application Timeline

Application submission dates: 15 August 2025 to 10 October 2025.

Last date for the company to receive applications: 15 October 2025 (extra 5 days have been kept to ensure proper entry of all applications).

Candidates applying by post must ensure their applications reach our Malaysia office before 10 October 2025. Applications received after this date will not be processed.

All applications will be processed by 30 October 2025.

The list of successful candidates will be uploaded on the website by 05 November 2025, and they will also be informed via WhatsApp.

⚠️ Candidates are advised to carefully select the category in which they are skilled or willing to work, to avoid problems abroad.

Work Permit & Renewal

Successful candidates will be provided with a one-year work permit free of charge.

After one year, renewal will be done according to Malaysian law, and the renewal fee will be paid by the candidate themselves.

Job Change (NOC Policy)

If a successful candidate later finds a better or higher-paying job in Malaysia and wishes to join it, the company will issue an NOC (No Objection Certificate).

To be eligible for an NOC, the candidate must have completed at least twelve (12) months of employment with the initial company.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate age limit: 18 to 40 years.

Salary and overtime will be paid strictly in accordance with Malaysian Labour Law.
